Ok, now that the season is over, here's what I think the Halos should do:

The players that should be re-signed:

-Bobby Abreu. Dude has done wonders for the team. He did a great job mentoring our guys and is a huge reason why at one point all our Angels we're batting .300. I really hope he won't be too expensive and comes back to the club.

-Chone Figgins. He was a stud this year, and now that he's more disciplined at the plate, seeing him have more great seasons isnt out of question. He's been the fastest guy on the team for years and is not only a good hitter, but has a great glove, and is good in the clutch.
Alternatives: Adrian Beltre, Adam Kennedy, Miguel Tejada, Juan Uribe, Casey Blake (if he's on the trading block)

-John Lackey. He's our ace. 'Nuff said.
Alternatives: Roy Halladay, Cliff Lee (?), Justin Duchscherer, Rich Harden, Erik Bedard, Aroldis Chapman.

The guys above are glue guys. Guys that can give you experience, tougness, and heart in the playoffs. Tony has got to get these guys back here.

    Let them walk...

-Vladimir Guerrero. He did perform well in the playoffs, but he simply isnt what he used to be.
Alternatives: Jason Bay, Matt Holliday, Victor Martinez (?), Manny Ramirez (?), Jermaine Dye, and Hideki Matsui.

-Rob Quinlan. Not needed at all, hardly gets PT.

-Kelvim Escobar. No longer needed, with the addition of Kaz. Although we could bring him in as a closer.

-Darren Oliver. Solid season, but is 39 years old.
Alternatives: Chad Cordero, Octavio Dotel, Fernando Rodney, Jose Valverde, George Sherrill & Joe Nathan (If on the block). Those guys can also serve as closers as well.

    Trade candids:

-Gary Matthews Jr. Horrible contract, but a prospect will do.

    -Juan Rivera. *

    -Reggie Willits

    -Matt Palmer

New additions: Holliday, Bay and Sherill.

    * If the Angels land Holliday, and/or Bay.
? May be Free Agents, according to mlbtraderumors.com

The Angels should get a righty closer who can share closing duties with Brian Fuentes- Jose Valverde would be a great addition. A big right handed bat would be great to replace Vlad. I agree that G Matt has to go if there are any takers.... Jason Bay or Matt Holiday would be awesome.
